But for those looking for added peace of mind, we now offer the option to extend your warranty to a full 5 years.

What’s Covered?

If your jewellery breaks during the warranty period – whether it’s a chain snap, loose fitting, or any other fault from normal use – we’ll replace it for you, free of charge.

How It Works

  • Standard Warranty: 1 year (included with every product)

  • Extended Warranty: Add 4 more years of coverage

  • Total Protection: 5 years from the date of purchase

Simply select the 5-Year Warranty option when placing your order or contact us after your purchase to add it on.

I ordered a pendant in silver and due to an internal error, a gold pendant was sent.
I was disappointed as I knew the recipient would not wear gold.
I contacted the customer service team who were very apologetic and sent a replacement FOC.
The product is beautifully made and the customer service was excellent.
