All products are dispatched in 1 working day Monday to Friday from our workshop in the UK.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an engraving service at this time. This is something we hope to offer in the future. However you will be able to get your items engraved for just a few pounds at your local engravers shop.

Yes.

All of our coins are 100% genuine. They are circulated coins in very good condition without deep scratches or marks. However we can’t guarantee pristine coins as some coins are 100 years old.

You’ll be proud to wear your special coin as jewellery.

All of our jewellery is silver, gold or rose gold plated. This means a layer of real gold, silver or rose gold is plated onto a base metal. This gives a very high quality finish without each piece of jewellery costing hundreds of pounds that it would if it were solid gold etc.

Many of our products are sent as gifts and therefore we do not print invoices as standard. This also helps reduce our carbon footprint.

If you’d like a custom order handcrafting especially for a loved one and can’t see that particular country or coin in our shop then please email us.

We can source and set almost any coin in the world within a couple of days to weeks depending on which country the coin has to travel from.

The gears on the watch movement cufflinks do not move. The name ‘Watch Movement’ used to describe the cufflinks is the term used for the watch mechanism, these operate similarly to how you would wind a grandfather clock or a manual wind watch.

To make these movements viable for cufflinks the winders have been removed and hence they are now static.

However, the rotors freely move on our Automatic Watch Movement Cufflinks

2nd Class (FREE) is estimated at 3-7 working days.

1st Class (£4.80) is estimated at 2-3 working days.

Next Working Day (£9.78) if purchased before 10:00am (Mon-Fri).

Saturday Delivery (£14.40) if purchased before 10:00am Friday.

International Delivery 

Untracked (£5.99) is estimated at 7-14 working days.

Tracked (£9.50) is estimated at 5-10 working days.

We put a lot of time and hard work into hand making our products and it is disappointing to hear when things go wrong.

If you checked out with a tracked service then your tracking number will be included in your order dispatched/completed email.

RETURNS

Of course! If we haven’t yet sent your order you can cancel it with a 100% refund.

No. If your order has been dispatched into the postal service, we can no longer retrieve the parcel.

However, you can return the parcel to us for a refund minus postage costs.

We give a generous 60 days to return items.
