As part of this exclusive collaboration, you’ll be able to select any piece from our shop, completely free of charge, including engraving and presentation extras. All we ask is that you complete the short form below to share your details — including your social handles, follower counts, and a quick signature on our influencer agreement. In return, we’d love for you to showcase your chosen piece to your audience in your own authentic style. Your voice and your niche are incredibly valuable to us, and we’d be honoured for you to help spread the joy of gift-giving to your friends, followers, and family.

We’d love for the piece you create for us to be mindful of the following aims:

Influencer Collaboration Agreement

1. Purpose
H & T Jewellery Ltd ("the Company") is providing gifted products to the Influencer in exchange for agreed social media content that promotes Heads and Tails Jewellery in an authentic and professional manner.

2. Deliverables
The Influencer agrees to:
- Create and post at least 1 x Instagram Post/Reel and 1 x Story (or Facebook or TikTok) equivalent within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Tag @headsandtailsjewellery and include #gifted or #ad as required by ASA guidelines.
- Share final content with the Company for potential reposting and marketing use.

3. Product Ownership
The gifted item remains the property of the Influencer after posting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Usage Rights
The Company may repost or repurpose the content (with credit) across its website, email, paid ads, and social channels.

5. Disclosure & Authenticity
The Influencer agrees to disclose the gifted nature of the item clearly and to provide genuine opinions and content that aligns with the brand's tone and values.

6. Termination
If no content is delivered within 30 days, the Company may request the product be returned or reimbursed.
